Editorial : Launching the ADVEX Working Paper Series

Abstract

This editorial introduces the ADVEX Working Paper Series as a strategic initiative supporting the development of Advanced Executive Management School as a research-driven academic institution. In response to technological disruption, industry transformation, and global economic change, the series provides a platform for the timely dissemination of applied and practice-oriented scholarship. It publishes preliminary research findings, conceptual papers, doctoral research in progress, industry-based studies, and policy discussions.

Designed as a research incubation space, the Working Paper Series bridges executive practice, vocational education, and academic inquiry. Unlike traditional peer-reviewed journals with extended publication timelines, the series facilitates early-stage scholarly dialogue and encourages authors to refine their work through feedback, professional engagement, and further empirical development prior to submission to indexed journals.

Aligned with ADVEX’s institutional focus on applied management, executive education, digital transformation, and vocational development, the series welcomes contributions from doctoral candidates, faculty members, industry professionals, and regional collaborators. By integrating research dissemination with academic progression pathways—including conference presentations, peer-reviewed publication, and executive research reporting—the series contributes to the strengthening of a regionally grounded, practice-oriented research ecosystem.
